Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee regulatory initiatives and compliance programs across the organization. This role ensures regulatory requirements are understood, implemented, and maintained while supporting business objectives and minimizing regulatory risk.
The ideal candidate brings strong program management skills, a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, operations, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage regulatory programs and initiatives from planning through execution and ongoing compliance
Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable program plans and controls
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, and Operations teams to implement regulatory requirements
Track regulatory changes and assess business impact
Develop and maintain regulatory roadmaps, timelines, and documentation
Coordinate internal audits, regulatory exams, and inspections
Identify compliance risks and lead remediation and corrective action plans
Monitor program KPIs, milestones, and regulatory commitments
Prepare executive-level reporting and regulatory status updates
Ensure documentation, evidence, and controls meet regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in regulatory, compliance, risk, or program management roles
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, FDA, ISO, SEC, FINRA, or similar)
Proven experience managing cross-functional regulatory or compliance programs
Experience working with auditors, regulators, or external assessors
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a highly regulated industry (financial services, healthcare, life sciences, energy, or technology)
Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools
PMP, PgMP, CRISC, CISA, or similar certification
Experience with internal controls, risk assessments, and remediation tracking
