Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. This role requires a strong understanding of software development life cycles, system integration, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with excellent project management and communication skills to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution.

  • Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage project backlogs.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, and business teams to align on project goals.

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–7+ years of experience in technical project management or software delivery roles.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Demonstrated experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence).

  • Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or enterprise technology environments.

  • Background in SaaS, mobile app development, or enterprise systems integration.

  • Ability to work across time zones with remote and global teams.
