About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer (Level I–III) to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role supports the design and optimization of electrical systems that power critical infrastructure including pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities.
Tulsa offers flexibility in experience level — entry-level engineers (Level I or II) with strong foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced Level III professionals ready to take on complex projects.
In this role, you will contribute to system reliability, safety, and operational efficiency while gaining exposure to advanced technologies and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks
Contribute to projects involving pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities
Assist in integrating automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage systems
Participate in arc flash mitigation reviews and fault detection system implementation
Develop and review electrical schematics and system layouts
Support projects from concept through completion while maintaining schedule and budget alignment
Ensure compliance with NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE, and other regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and project management
Continue technical development through mentorship and hands-on experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
0–8 years of engineering experience (Level I–III considered)
Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and power distribution concepts
Working knowledge of electrical design codes (NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE, etc.)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Safety-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in natural gas, oil & energy, data centers, or related industrial environments
Experience reviewing arc flash studies
Power generation and controls experience
PLC and HMI system exposure
Project management or FEED/EPC experience
PE License (for senior candidates)
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
