We host glowball open play sessions, leagues, tournaments, special events, and more for all ages.


Role Summary

We’re looking for an energetic Sales Representative to help grow our customer base, sell memberships and event bookings, and build lasting relationships with individuals, teams, families, and local organizations. This role combines customer service with proactive sales efforts to hit revenue goals and expand awareness of our glowball offerings.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for memberships, open-play passes, event bookings (birthday parties, group events), leagues, and skills programs.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through personalized outreach, follow-up, and solution-focused conversations.

  • Educate prospects about KDC GLOWBALL’s offerings, value, pricing, and promotions to close sales.

Customer Engagement & Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and online — ensuring every interaction reflects the energetic, fun-focused brand of KDC GLOWBALL.

  • Build strong relationships with returning customers, upsell when appropriate, and encourage referrals.

  • Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to purchase and post-purchase support.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate and nurture leads via outbound calls, emails, walk-ins, and community networking.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system for pipeline tracking and reporting.

  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and promotions to convert interest into sales.

Event & Group Sales Support

  • Work with clients to tailor group and event packages (e.g., birthdays, teams, corporate events) to their needs.

  • Assist with booking confirmations, contracts, and customer communications.

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with operations, marketing, and management to optimize the guest experience and streamline sales processes.

  • Attend team meetings, share insights, and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.


Qualifications

Required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Proven ability to build rapport and close sales.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with diverse customer groups.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM, point-of-sale systems).

Preferred

  • Prior sales experience — especially in entertainment, sports, recreation, or hospitality.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.

  • Passion for sports, community engagement, and experiential entertainment.
